I would like to focus on 3 in particular, The Spread the Net Campaign, Fundraising For Faya, and the Walk to End Breast Cancer.

Prema Clothing formed a team to raise money and awareness for the Spread The Net campaign.
In our summer campaign, with your generosity, we have raised over $1000.00. This translates to saving over 100 children and their families.

Fundraising for Faya

We are a Toronto fundraising site that has been created in support of the official Faya Orphanage website. We will provide you with information on how you can help raise funds for Faya Orphanage in Ethiopia, to help them care for the growing number of AIDS/HIV positive children they bring into their new orphanage. |
We begin by organizing a major Toronto fundraiser with a variety of events around the city that starts October 2008 and will run until spring/summer 2009. Our goal is to raise enough funds to cover essential items ranging from school supplies to food. We are excited to offer traditional medical therapy such as nutrition and acupressure. .

The Weekend to End Breast Cancer

As most of you know, this is a huge event in Toronto. The Weekend to End Breast Cancer is a two-day, 60-kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Toronto.
Proceeds benefit Princess Margaret Hospital which funds important breast cancer research, education, services and care.
The team we were able to support by making shirts for fundraising was called
Keenans And The Crew For The Cure.
We were honoured to be a part of their fundraising efforts and look forward to next year. We have three teams we will be working with in 2009. |
